I truly enjoy my work and strive to help people find the answers they are seeking to solve both long and short term issues. Life can throw us a curve ball and it is often at that time that people feel the need to reach out for help. As a Licensed practitioner, I use both my years of experience as well as research based methods to help bring relief and change to my clients. I like to help people find new ways to look at old problems and to guide them to more effective ways to manage each individual situation.
I use a combination of talk therapy, education, and relaxation exercises to help people manage and get some relief from anxiety and depression. I have had good success in helping couples reestablish a healthier relationship and to repair after difficult times.
I feel I offer a safe environment for people to be themselves and to get better. I provide an opportunity for people to pay attention to themselves and to reconnect so that they can get their needs met. I feel effective at using the therapeutic relationship to initiate change.
